Research from Tufts University Center on Aging shows evidence that the antioxidants block reactions that damage the cells found in brain tissue. Some foods rich in antioxidants include strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kidney beans, artichokes, russet potatoes, Granny Smith apples, sweet cherries and black plums.
